this will meet the needs of the most ardent of Golfers and put an edge to
team Challenges.
SPONSORSHIP
Over the last number of years we have developed a wonderfull
relationship with Western Care Association who provide for the support and
training needs of people with intellectual disability in Co Mayo.
This has seen the Hugely successful BOUNCEATHON run in primary schools
raise over E70, 000 for Western Care childrens services thanks to the
efforts of thousands of primary school children and support from the
Western People newspaper.
We look forward to Bounceathon 2008 which will be run in late May /
June.
Also in the Pipeline is a major Knockout Competition for adults with
teams from all over the county in an effort to boost the coffers of
Western Care in support of the incredible work they do, more news on this
at a later date.
Road Safety Campaign
We are delighted this year to be associated with the Mayo County
Council Road Safety Campaign.
As part of this we are proud to sponsor a competition to be run by the
Road Safety officer Noel Gibbons in secondary schools throughout the
county in an effort to raise safety awareness in teenagers.
Far too many young people are dying on our roads and we all have a
responsibility to ensure their safety if we can in any way.
